The concept for this mixed use development is a building which responds sympathetically to its regency and medieval context whilst maintaining visual impact on top of the historic city walls. The building completes the fourth side of a new city square, part of the Watermark masterplan in Southampton.
The residential component, comprising of duplex units on the first and second floors and apartments on the third, allows the ground level to be used for cafes, restaurants and residential parking. New parks to the north and south of the building create an enhanced setting for this development.
