The proposal is a fully inclusive learning campus for children aged 3-11 with 420 mainstream primary and 100 children with Special Needs including PMLD and ASD, bringing together Broadwater Farm Primary, William C Harvey and Moselle schools with the adjacent Children’s Centre on their existing site at Broadwater Farm in Haringey.

A phased approach keeps the existing schools in operation through the construction stage as the new building is constructed around the existing buildings.

The development follows the successful Children’s Centre, also by GLA, which received a RIBA award in 2007
