client: Trill Farm Trust
value: £400,000
The refurbishment and structural reorganisation of residential accommodation on the Trill Farm estate - stables, cottage and main house.
Work involved designing new services and structural alterations. This included bespoke external timber cladding and insulation, disabled access, workshop facilities, conversion of the cottage into two units, and the addition of a porch and staircase to the main house. Timber cladding sourced from the estate provides a facade that visually unites the buildings while the updated interiors ensure maximum usage of space.
